We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Casual Retail Sales Assistant** to join our team across the **Escape 2 Boutique** and **Rossignol Demo Shop** in Thredbo Village. You'll bring a strong operational mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service—ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable shopping experience.

- **Responsibilities Include**:_
- Deliver a standout customer experience through genuine, engaging, and personalised interactions.
- Assist customers with product selections, including sizing guidance and suitable options to meet their needs.
- Drive sales performance by actively working towards and achieving weekly sales targets.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including visual merchandising, stock management, and back-of-house operations.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a memorable and high-quality shopping experience, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
- **Skills and Experience**_
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- A genuine passion for and understanding of our brands and what they represent
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Confidence in making independent decisions when needed, using sound judgment
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable and style-aware, with an eye for fashion trends and awareness of the competitive landscape
- Adaptable and solutions-focused, able to respond positively and creatively to evolving business needs

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.31 - $46.64 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
