Situated in the centre of Thredbo village, boasting breathtaking mountain vistas, YHA Thredbo has been refurbished as of May 2024 and presents a variety of lodging choices, featuring a distinct self-contained apartment.

**About the role**:
**Day-to-day duties include**:
**Front desk**: Providing excellent customer service to property guests and contributing to the property's friendly and cheerful atmosphere, answering guest queries and providing helpful local knowledge and recommendations, checking in and out guests and providing them with information that will assist in an enjoyable stay, resolving any guest concerns or disputes and escalating to relevant management when appropriate.

**Housekeeping**:duties include; refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms and accommodation rooms, kitchens, monitoring and replenishing stock and ensuring our property remains sparkling clean.
What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
