Snow Groomers are the after dark geniuses who wave their heavy machinery wands whilst guests sleep they turn moguls into pristine on-piste by morning. Working closely with snowmaking, this department push, smooth and farm man-made and natural snow with their trusty snowcats to create the great runs Thredbo is famous for. This team is self-motivated, committed to detail, not afraid of the dark, and tackle the mountain in all kinds of weather.

About the Role
- Work during the early evening, night and/or early morning
- Demonstrate previous experience snow grooming or using heavy machinery
- Display mechanical knowledge
- Get your hands dirty and help out the team if extra assistance is required
- Show a keen eye for detail and complete jobs to a high standard
About You
- Drivers licence
- Intermediate to advanced ski or snowboard skills
- Being able to take and act on directions and manage priorities
- Being reliable and can handle pressure with professionalism
