**How will I help?**

Working in a cross-functional team you’ll be responsible for delivering, measuring, and optimising end to end customer experiences across all digital channels or touchpoints.

This role specifically will be supporting the Mortgages line of business and will be part of the eCommerce Digital Personalisation chapter.

You will also be responsible for:

- Identifying digital opportunities to solve business problems, uplift customer engagement and business outcomes
- Involvement in LOB/Squad meetings to help determine strategy, milestones, scope and production schedule
- Manage the delivery across briefing, production, go to market, measurement and optimisation
- Ensure all data collection principles are aligned and consumer records are kept up to date to best serve the customers’ needs
- Measure, track and generate user insights to inform customer experiences and maximise conversion output
- Educate teams on the approach for creating and optimising customer programs
- Contribute to the development of our group-wide standards, methodologies, capability and toolset

**What do I need?**
- You’re a digital expert that loves using data to deliver best in class customer experiences that result in great customer and business outcomes
- You’ve got experience using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics or something similar
- Customer centricity demonstrated through understanding and implementation of great customer journeys
- Strong analytical skills including ability to identify trends and performance expectations based on operational considerations
- Experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and experimentation including building campaigns using tools like Adobe Target
- Demonstrated ability to align objectives and initiatives with the organisational vision and values
- Demonstrated ability in driving a culture of fact based and data driven decision making
- Results orientation -focuses attention on key objectives, seeking effective outcomes
- Evidence of engaging and influencing stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, to contribute and create effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, ability to prepare and deliver presentations to senior audiences
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and mobile responsive designs is preferred but not essential
