**How will I help?**

You will be responsible for leading and maintaining day-to-day all digital production activities across all digital touch points within the business.

You will also be responsible for:
**Strategy & Performance**
- Optimise the digital pathways across our websites paying particular attention to content integration and customer journeys across our content ecosystem.
- Contribute to defining and driving the digital strategy for your chosen segment within the Consumer Experience Village, as aligned to key customer needs.
- Work alongside Service Owners to synchronise the vision and objectives of the squad.
- Demonstrate a willingness to develop and broaden experience with establishing customer segmentation and approach to targeting via digital touchpoints.
- Integrating digital strategy across multiple channels ensuring all activity is aligned to customer segmentation model.
- Identify issues & opportunities to drive additional quality traffic in the customer journey leading up to product origination.
- Maximise lead nurture and conversion.

**Customer experience**
- Align project deliverables with overall digital strategy to find opportunities to make our online solutions simple and easy for the customer.
- Create visibility of the customer experience journey across our owned traffic sources and how this integrates into the broader communications plan.
- Improve customer engagement through optimisation of our digital content in conjunction with Experience Design and Digital Optimisation team members.
- Be the voice of the customer, understanding our customer audience intimately. This includes working closely with our internal Brand, Research, and Analytics teams to understand customer behaviour and design solutions to address and meet these needs.
- Work in partnership with peers to identify market trends, threats, opportunities, and future moves of the market and identify short and long-term implications for the business, disseminating findings and recommendations across the organisation.
- Optimise the end-to-end customer journey and experiences at each interaction.
- Create distinct and memorable customer experiences that are consistent across our digital endpoints.

**Flawless execution**
- Produce all assets required to create and promote our digital services.
- Ensure that all assets created are useable and functional across all platforms and technology.
- Manage digital initiatives to a successful outcome across BAU, go to market campaigns, new products, new capability, and liaising with Channel owners to coordinate new capability related activities.
- Ensure quality assurance of digital deliverables with ongoing adherence and development of standard operating procedures and project governance framework for digital production.
- Managing the project schedule and external milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, including stakeholder engagement and approval stage gates and risk governance.
- Translate technical requirements into a language that can be understood by other parts of the business.
- Define and document operation production processes to streamline activities for greater efficiency.
- Manage the content authoring of migrated and new content pieces via the Adobe Experience Manager CQ6 CMS.
- Provide insight, analysis, and guidance on campaign opportunities, program optimisation, and fine tuning to drive the business targets.
- Utilise technology to help the squad be more effective and innovative.
- Work in partnership with the cross functional squad to ensure all campaigns are integrated with other channels and including personalised marketing specialists, to maximise the lifetime value through identification of cross sell / upsell & advocacy.
- Work in partnership with Product and Distribution to ensure all innovation led initiatives and product launches are pulled through distribution channels, ensuring all customer facing channels are enabled with the sales tools and collateral to have meaningful customer conversations.
- Partner with internal marketing and distribution teams on a day-to-day basis to ensure work is delivered on time and on budget.
- Understand and leverage best practice production practice thinking across the organisation and how this can be utilised for our customer segments.

**Service excellence**
- Uphold the Digital Experience team style guidelines and digital requirements.
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure there is on-going engagement, collaboration and buy-in of the marketing and digital plans.
