**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies, managing user access controls, monitoring for threats, and implementing appropriate security measures.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users, conducting regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with TGE's cyber security policies, including data protection, access controls, and threat detection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure effective communication and coordination.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading technical teams in a digital or customer-focused environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in developing customer and digital solutions.
- Strong background in data analysis, quality assurance testing, and software development.
- Track record of meeting budgets and timelines in a customer-centric environment.
- Ability to create and execute a customer-first strategy.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
