**Your opportunity**
The Marketing team is about creating the ultimate shopping experience for our customers delivering exceptional experiences every day. As the **Marketing Executive **at **Westfield Fountain Gate **, you will support the Centre Marketing Team to deliver best in class executions of marketing strategies, in addition to driving superior centre performance.
In this busy and stimulating role, you’ll work alongside the Marketing team on marketing strategy, events and communications, as well as play a key role in the broader Customer Experience Team.
Day to day, your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)
- Lead key centre campaigns from conception to execution (including timelines and budgets), with a focus on elevated family and youth engagement, entertainment, dining, and lifestyle, in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Creating key moments in the Fountain Gate calendar including (but are not limited to), regular and frequent family activity, school holidays, key partnerships, seasonal fashion, beauty and lifestyle programs and Christmas.
- Collaborating and leading within a centre, regional and national Marketing team on curated partnerships and projects.
- Developing and executing local digital strategies to drive engagement across owned, earnt and bought channels.
- Aligning marketing programs and budgets to a long-term strategic direction for the centre focusing on retail energy and local priorities and pillars.
- Assisting with the preparation of the annual centre plan and budget, and subsequently managing program budgets including sourcing quotes, purchase order management and processing invoices.
- Creating strong partnerships with agencies and external suppliers to deliver quality creative assets and services on time and on budget.
- Bringing customer data to life using multiple sources and translating relevant insights into engaging physical experiences and content.
This role will be offered as a full-time perm position, based at the Westfield Fountain Gate.

- Demonstrated experience within a marketing role, where you've had exposure to brand management, digital & social media, event management, and public relations
- Ability to make decisions, be accountable, meet/exceed goals and achieve high-quality results
- Someone who has a customer centric mind-set and puts the customer at the heart of all decisions
- A qualification would be preferable within in Marketing or a related field
- Skills - communication, brand management, customer experience/guest services, digital & social, media & PR, event management, research & analysis, negotiating
- Attention to detail and excellence in execution
- Ability to adapt to a 7 day a week dynamic environment
