**Your new company**
Join one of the largest Council's in Australia who provide community services and facilities to a growing population representing many different cultures. You will sit within the Corporate Governance branch which provides high quality advice, processes and best practice governance to support informed and transparent decision making.

**Your new role**
You will be tasked with coordinating day to day activities of the Integrity and Information program and providing high quality advice and outcomes on all matters managed by the program. You will be responsible for the supervision of a small team of Integrity and Information Officers.
Duties will include:

- The development and maintenance of policies and procedures relevant to administrative review, right to information and information privacy and integrity management
- The review and monitoring of tasks allocated to the program
- The ongoing development and provision of integrity and information training and advice
- The review and maintenance of registers and other databases as required by the program
- Other duties as requested

**What you'll need to succeed**
The successful applicant will possess qualifications in business and/or law or substantial demonstrated experience related to the role. Knowledge of the Right to Information Act 2009, Information Privacy Act 2009 and other relevant legislation is required as are highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills in a specialist technical environment.

You will be confident interpreting and implementing complex administrative and integrity legislation and have knowledge of policies and procedures relating to the undertaking of investigations. This will include evidence gathering, interviews and case resolution. You will also be comfortable producing complex reports, correspondence, and briefing materials for senior and executive management and elected officials.

The successful applicant must possess a 'C' class drivers license and be willing to undergo all relevant background checks.
