Melbourne- Investment Banking- Contract or TemporaryThe Campus Recruiting Coordinator sits onsite at a client location working with an offsite and onsite team to manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Post jobs campus career sites, as appropriate
- Key logístical contact for planning and execution of events on school campuses or in client office to support recruiting processes
- Data entry and tracking in multiple systems (e.g applicant tracking system, on-boarding system, excel spreadsheets etc)

**Requirements**:

- The ability to work overtime as needed on a weekly basis
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years’ experience or recent graduate with Human Resources experience preferred
- Ability to sit onsite at a client location
- Ability to work in a team environment with a blend of onsite and offsite team members
- Detail oriented with exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with numerous individuals
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
