Our ideal applicant for this position has:

- Certificate IV in Fitness or higher
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- 2+ years’ experience working in the fitness industry

- Delivery and presenting skills, training, and mentorship.
- Qualification in Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
- Qualifications in CPR & First Aid.
- Upgrades to outdated Fitness qualifications.

**FIT College Teaching Roles**

**Campus Teachers**
- Motivate and educate people who are excited to become a Fitness Professional.
- Deliver face-to-face classes and workshops (usually 3hrs at a time)
- Deliver First Aid qualifications as part of the gym instructor course.
- Train, mark, and assess students in class and online.

**Campus Coordinators**
- Senior campus teacher, and leader of other teachers at your campus.
- Support students in and out of class.
- Work with inter-department team members to achieve goals.
- Coordinating the campus to ensure the campus is equipped and organised to function effectively.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy, and effective classroom/campus including organising equipment and maintenance
- Teach face-to-face Fitness classes at their campus and oversee the marking of assessments from students at their campus and online.
