We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate **Sustainability Specialist** to join our team and play a pivotal role in implementing and reporting on the Foxtel Group’s Sustainability Strategy. Your duties will include:
+ Supporting the delivery and execution of the Foxtel Group’s sustainability strategy

+ Implementing ‘Sustainability in Action’ initiatives across the group, engaging staff in behavioral change programs to reduce the carbon footprint and engage with community

+ Contributing to regular reporting for the Sustainability Steering Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee

+ Managing the implementation of the Foxtel Group’s ESG disclosures and reporting, including delivery of the new annual sustainability report.

+ Leading materiality assessments and conducting climate-related risk and opportunity analyses

+ Contributing to thought leadership on environmental topics such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), science-based targets, net-zero strategies, and decarbonization initiatives

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**

+ 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role or within a consulting environment

+ A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, is highly valuable

+ Experience in sustainability or climate strategy execution, carbon accounting, an/or ESG reporting

+ Project management and communication skills

+ Strong influencing capabilities at senior levels, combined with positive, collaborative mindset
