**Your new role**:
Working within the Commercial Finance team to support commercial activities across the retail business (including stores and services), you will partner with the Category team to control and manage the commercial contracts process and help drive enhanced profitability for the business.

**Aspects of the role will include**:

- End to end management of the trade contract process.
- Managing the contract lifecycle, including creation, renewals and termination.
- Preparing and facilitating meetings with the GM Finance/CEO/COO Retail for terms strategy and sign off.
- Monitoring and ensuring supplier rebates and other contracted contributions are claimed in accordance with agreed terms.
- Automating and improving contract management processes.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Experience within FMCG/Retail or other fast paced businesses would be highly regarded.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven experience in contract management at an enterprise level, including contract reviews and negotiations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with an ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources and present data accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and experience in business partnering to GM and Executive levels.
