We are looking for a Business Analysis Manager to drive the delivery of Program and BAU features on the Latitude Money Platform (LMP).

Your goal is to deliver improved customer and banker experience, drive operational efficiency and contribute to the continued growth and success of the Latitude Money Business.

Reporting to the Head of Information Technology Delivery for Latitude Money, you’ll be responsible:

- For ongoing delivery of enhancements to the new Latitude Money Australia Platform, including the enhancement of the platform to support our Motor Loans product
- Delivery of the new Latitude Money New Zealand Platform
- As well as providing support to our Technology and Delivery partners within the wider Latitude organisation
- Partnering with development team/ product and program team to ensure requirements are delivered to a high standard and meet the needs of the business and our customers
- Work closely with strategic delivery partners on the support and enhancements of the Cloud Lending Platform (Q2) within the Salesforce platform.
- Work with the Product and Program team to ensure that requirements are developed, tested, accepted and then deployed in a structured and orderly fashion
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate business requirements as necessary (which are not specifically program requirements)

About You
You are curious individual who wants puts the customer in the centre of all your decisions.
Comfortable with ambiguity, and resilient with the ability to identify and implement innovative technology solutions to resolve immediate and system issues.
- An excellent communicator and is comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment as a Lead/Technical Business Analyst across functional team would be ideal.
- A track record of delivery in complex and large-scale programs
- Familiar with key tools such as Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
- Prior operational and/or project experience with the Salesforce platforms, Q2 Cloud Lending or similar.
- Familiarity with consumer/personal lending products and services for online/direct-to-customer, telesales, and broker network business models.
- Credit Risk or Operations (back office / call centre) experience
