**What you’ll do**
As a Program Manager in W-Digital, you will be responsible for mobilising, driving and delivering large-scale digital programs of work that span multiple teams across the Woolworths Group. The work will involve partnering with Business, Product and Engineering digital leadership, coordinating work between multiple squads and stakeholders, and managing complex interdependencies.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the project team, guiding and supporting them throughout the program/project.
- Planning and execution: Develop and execute comprehensive program/project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget.
- Stakeholder engagement: Engage stakeholders, maintain effective communication, and build strong relationships.
- Risk management: Identify and manage program/project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed.Governance: Establish and uphold robust governance frameworks across multiple delivery disciplines to ensure program/project deliverables consistently meet or exceed required standards.
