As the Sales Manager at ACE SIGN Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's new business development efforts in the sales field. **What you'll be doing**
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within target markets
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Providing regular reports on sales performance and pipeline
- Mentoring and leading a team of sales professionals

- Proven track record of success in the construction industry
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to identify and address customer needs
