With a network of branches across WA, QLD, NSW and VIC Corefleet has become a supplier of choice in the provision of light commercial vehicle rental, lease, including set-up and maintenance, for the mining, oil and gas and civil construction sectors.

We are looking to appoint a Service Administrator to provide support to our Perth Branch on a full-time basis.

The key responsibilities will include:

- Service scheduling
- Parts procurement
- Providing administrative assistance to the Branch Manager
- Administering invoicing processes
- Providing customer service of high standards

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Previous experience within a mechanical and parts environment an advantage
- Strong customer service focus
- Attention to detail and sound problem solving
- Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills, with a willingness to learn Business Central
