**Here’s what we need from you**:

- Experience in working for a technology-oriented company is desirable
- Experience in providing administrative support to commercial/sales teams is desirable
- Experience in engaging corporate clients directly is desirable
- Experience in general administration is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software will be highly regarded
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Comfortable multi-tasking and can focus on more than one project at a time
- You love serving clients and enjoy seeing them experience good service

**The fine print of this gig**:
The position is a full-time permanent position, and you will report to the Operations Manager for the APAC region. Your role will be to support our customer facing commercial team, order processing of licence sales, Yr1 maintenance orders, quoting support, licence provisioning and re-assignment, customer contact details management and event logistics. You will also register customers for learning events, assist with document management and other general administration duties as required.
