We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled **Digital Advertising Specialist** to join our team. If you’re someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes acquisition campaigns on **Meta** (Facebook/Instagram) and **Google Ads**, we want to hear from you

**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Designing and managing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Driving traffic, leads, and conversions through strategic ad placements and targeting.
- Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing for ROI, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborating with our internal team to align campaign goals with client objectives.
- Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience managing high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on acquisition campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager).
- Experience in working with businesses in the health, fitness, or wellness sectors is a bonus.
