Poised to make a bold entrance into the consumer health products market, we are partnering with the successful U.S.-based brand VERSO to bring innovative wellness solutions to Australia. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Advertising Specialist to lead this transformative venture and establish VERSO's presence in the Australian market.

About the Role

As the Advertising Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity, driving market penetration, and leading advertising and marketing efforts across multiple channels. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a high-growth initiative in the health and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead advertising campaigns, manage media placements, and ensure timely, budget-conscious execution.
  • Create and manage copywriting across all platforms:
  • Website content – engaging, informative, and brand-aligned.
  • Marketing materials – brochures, pamphlets, and promotional collateral.
  • Media production scripts – for social media, TV, and other visual formats.
  • Build and grow the company's brand presence with customers, investors, and the public.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviour, and opportunities for product launches.
  • Define and track KPIs, allocate budgets effectively, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Advise on channel selection, messaging, and promotional tactics that resonate with target audiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend distribution channels for optimal market reach.
  • Analyse and mitigate past, current, and future challenges to ensure strategic success.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in scaling brands beyond 7 figures.
  • Proven success in strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external collaborators.
  • Exceptional business development and communication abilities.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.

Salary Package

Commensurate with experience; $90,000 - $110,000 range, plus superannuation and sales bonuses as a guide.
