**Your tasks**:

- Placing purchase orders on suppliers.
- Enter supplier invoicing and support with accounts payable duties.
- Create project structures and entering sales orders into SAP. Customer invoicing.
- Monitoring order progress and following up with suppliers to ensure due dates are met.
- Manage the efficient delivery of stock including notification to customer of expected arrival date and any changes, which may occur.
- Liaise with import freight forwarders.
- Handling the importing and exporting of demonstration units.
- Goods receipt into system.
- Produce month end reconciliations & reporting.
- Deal with enquiries from customers & staff promptly & professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal & external customers.
- Continuous improvement focus.
- Quick and accurate entry of data.
- Completion of other duties as and when requested by management.

**Your qualifications**:

- Hold tertiary qualifications in either Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business.
- A high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and collaboration with other team members.
- Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Have a desire to complete a CPA or CA qualification.
