**About the role**:
The School is currently seeking Boarding House Tutors for casual, term time positions. The successful applicant must be able to work evenings.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Provide encouragement and guidance to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Provide academic assistance and mentorship.

The Glennie School prides itself on the values that are imparted to students and will require the successful applicant to be supportive of the Anglican Ethos and comply with all state and legislative requirements under the operation of an independent school.

**About You**:

- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate excellence in communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- A commitment to supporting girls in a boarding environment.
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- An ideal role model for our boarding students: ethical, reliable, punctual, proactive, well-dressed and groomed.
- Familiarity with legal obligations relating to child safety including mandatory reporting requirements.
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children blue card prior to commencement.
- Right to work in Australia, visa sponsorship is not available.
