opportunities. Sorry, we don't have capacity for provisional psychologists right now, but we will do from January 2026.

The Opportunity:
This is a chance to build a fulfilling career within a nurturing and collaborative environment. As a Psychologist at Magnolia House, you will:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy to a diverse range of clients.
- Manage your caseload with autonomy, supported by our experienced administrative team.
- Have the opportunity to work with your preferred client populations and presentations.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Social Workers, OTs, and Counsellors.
- Contribute to our exceptionally positive and supportive clinic culture.
What You'll Bring:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist (General, or Clinical endorsement).
- A client-centered and empathetic approach to therapy.
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills (commensurate with your registration level).
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a close team.

Earn a competitive salary package, with an expected range of
$100,000 - $135,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
for provisional and fully registered psychologists, commensurate with experience. (Salaries/rates for other levels by negotiation). Or join us on a contract arrange and take home between $120 and $150 per appointment. - Dedicated Admin Support:
Our wonderful administrative team is here to support you, so you can focus on what you do best, helping people.
