**Seeking Expressions of Interest from "paired" freelancers with ABN** **Who are we?** Lyka is an Australian founded pet wellness company that’s shaking up an outdated industry and paving the way for happier, healthier pets. Despite medical advancements, animal lifespans are on the decline. Today, the average pet only reaches 37% of their full potential lifespan and statistics have shown us that many suffer from dental disease, cancer, and obesity. Simply put, the status quo is not enough. As humans, we’ve experienced firsthand the positive impact fresh wholefoods can have on our health and wellbeing, and we believe our furry friends deserve the same. We're on a mission to do just that, starting with nutritionally balanced, wholefood meals delivered direct to doors around Australia. Today, we are proud to share we’ve served more than 30 million meals to puppers and their parents across Australia, and this is just the beginning. Our vision is to create multiple nutritional products, adding disease prevention meals and supplements, and expand into new markets. Currently, we have a team of 200+ pet-obsessed people and we're continuing to grow. Together we're dedicated to building the next generation of technology and products to help empower pet parents to take control over their pet’s wellbeing. **The Opportunity** Lyka is looking for a mid-weight creative team to join us on a 3-6 month freelance basis to deliver and lead innovative and impactful creative to support our digital channels. **What you'll do** Reporting to the Creative lead and collaborating with our marketing, growth and product teams you will be required to: - Deliver captivating, crafted and strategic ideas across different media and communication channels - Align ideas with project briefs that reflect Lyka’s brand strategy and objectives - Generate compelling creative focused copy across all mediums including product, packaging, digital experiences and media - Develop and execute (with the help of our production team) a large volume of digital ad assets to support our growth channels - Present visual storyboards and treatments for photography or video productions - Collaborate with creative team, including producer to create high quality assets **Requirements**: - 4+ years’ experience in creative advertising or DTC space, working across a diverse range of media - Experience and proven results in creating campaigns across digital and social platforms - Excellent communication skills, including confidence in presenting and a collaborative nature - Be problem solvers, big thinkers, with a fire to drive results; superb organisational skills (hello deadlines) - Finally (in case you missed it) you must love dogs and be passionate about improving the health of Aussie pups **Please note** - Only open to “creative duos” based in Australia - We are looking for freelancers with ABNs to join us ASAP on a fee for service/invoice basis - Please share details for each of the "duo" when expressing EOI (eg share both CVs in one doc, an overall summary or Linkedin profiles) - A current portfolio of work must be shared with your EOI please **Benefits** - Work in a fast-growing start-up, experiencing what goes behind the scenes to sustain hyper-growth for a start-up with a physical product - Work for a sustainability focused company - we care about the health of our dogs and our planet.
