TDC is seeking a full time **Video Technician** to join our energetic, high performing Sydney team. This role allows you to:

**What your work world will look like**:

- Develop and deliver video technology solutions utilising the latest in video technology.
- Responsible for following production drawings and system schematics
- Manage all technical elements of show delivery from initial brief through to show conclusion.
- Develop and deliver control systems, system schematics and drawings.
- Manage and direct production crew demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
- Manage onsite crew briefings and toolbox talks for TDC crew, freelancers and contractors.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients and production staff.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Experience in projection, LED or media delivery systems.
- A love of learning, with an aptitude for increasing knowledge and skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A high level of accountability with experience as an accomplished goal setter.
- Innovative thinking and the ability to be comfortable with change.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
