Only About Children Ferny Hills is a warm and inviting purpose-built campus located at 127 Ferny Way, Ferny Hills. The campus is close to public transport, with plenty of onsite and street parking.

**About the Role**

Educational Leader has an influential and important role in inspiring, motivating and also challenging or extending the practice of educators. The role is a collaborative one, involving inquiry and reflection, which can significantly impact on the important work educators do with the children and their families.

This role will see you working in a blended role on the floor and off the floor, dedicating time to supporting the teams in enhancing educational practices, guiding and mentoring educators, and working in partnership with the leadership team.
- Minimum 1-2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience
- Hold a Diploma in ECE or equivalent
- Team-based, collaborative approach to your practices
- Ability to communicate and connect with families
- A strong understanding of the EYLF
