Located in Rydalmere, a Team leader role for our **Inbound** SD Parts team has become vacant As part of the warehouse team, you will contribute to the growth and profitability of Sime Darby Motors Retail Australia through order preparations, packaging, despatch and receiving, stock replenishment, stock control and general store duties.

**About the role**:

- Create commitment from the team to ensure the delivery of the business strategy and targets
- Receive goods, check consignment notes for correct quantity count, and damage and sign for acceptance, ensuring any Damage is noted on the Couriers manifest.
- Conduct stock takes as per the current process in a timely and accurate manner
- Devising inventory control measures that ensure stock holding is minimised and stock system accuracy is maximised
- Put away parts into allocated bin locations, should a location not be available as per binning report; follow the process for no location parts.
- Ensure compliance with all Sime Darby Motor Group policies and procedures including WHS

**About you**:

- Previous warehouse experience either in stock control, despatch or inventory.
- Experience using RF guns
- Exceptional planning and execution skills
- Decision-making & execution skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Forklift licence (LO/LF)
- Driver Licence
