As the Warehouse Team Member and Coordinator at Grill King, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our national warehouse operations. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely handling of products, from inbound logistics to order fulfillment and returns. Your leadership will directly impact our business success, aligning with our commitment to outstanding customer service.

You will help oversee multiple warehouse sites, ensuring a uniform standard of operational excellence, safety compliance, and inventory management across the nation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage national warehouse operations, including staffing, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols across all warehouse sites.
- Oversee the processing and handling of returned items in line with company policies.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce return anomalies.
- Conduct nationwide inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and addressing operational pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Regularly report to senior management on warehouse performance metrics.
- Lead national projects, such as warehouse expansion or system implementations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in a national or large-scale role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., LF or LO ticket) are highly desirable.
- Experience in managing outdoor kitchen appliances or similar products.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach and a strong team-building mindset.
