In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, driving operational excellence, and leading strategic initiatives that support our long-term business goals. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement and execute strategic plans and objectives aligned with long-term business goals, ensuring successful execution across all departments.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the company’s departments, ensuring efficient performance across all functions such as accounting, sales, marketing, and human resources.
- Develop, review, and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Consult with senior leadership and department managers on operational strategies, financial performance, sales tactics, human resources, and market positioning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor financial performance, set revenue and profitability targets, and oversee cost control measures and budgeting to ensure efficient resource allocation and support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and corporate policies, maintaining a strong focus on operational governance and risk management.
- Represent the company at external events, acting as the primary liaison with suppliers, partners, and clients to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers, providing strategic direction, resources, and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and drive overall business growth.
**-**Foster a high-performing and collaborative culture by developing internal control policies, facilitating ongoing training and development, and ensuring employees have the necessary resources and support.
- Ensure that company reports and presentations comply with corporate instructions and policies, and provide accurate, timely, and detailed information to the board and senior management for decision-making.
- Assess changing market conditions and business dynamics, adapting strategies and issuing directives to department managers to respond effectively to new challenges and opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent extensive senior management experience in a related role to substitute for formal qualifications.
- Minimum 8 years of senior management experience in a large-scale food service or hospitality organization, with a proven track record in business development, managing complex operations, and driving business performance.
- Deep understanding of the food service or hospitality industry in the Asia-Pacific region, including market trends, operational practices, and regional business dynamics.
- Proven experience in managing Chinese food service operations is highly valued, particularly with a strong ability to lead teams and ensure operational efficiency, which is crucial for supporting our brand’s growth and consistency in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, marketing, human resources, and operations, with a focus on driving performance, efficiency, and profitability.
- Comprehensive knowledge of company operations, market analysis, and industry trends, with strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration and mentoring talent across departments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, operational efficiency, and performance improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, thrive under pressure, and deliver results in complex and rapidly changing environments.
