**Position**
As an experienced Safety Professional you will be supporting the Distribution Centre with safety leadership, coaching, and technical support. With a continuous improvement focus you will drive positive safety culture, and engage with leadership and frontline operations.

**Experience**:
We’re looking for someone who can coach and influence key stakeholders.

Key requirements:

- Relevant or equivalent qualification required in OH&S
- Strong experience working in a hands-on role
- Excellent project and/or change management skills
- Being consultative and creative in your approach to thinking about safety
- Experience and a demonstrated knowledge of WHS Advice
- Extensive knowledge across Work Cover guidelines and WHS Legislations
- A passion to learn, develop and grow
