Nido Early School **Ocean Grove** is seeking educators who are ready to take the next step in their career to a Lead Educator role.

Stepping into the role of a Lead Educator at **Nido Ocean Grove**, you’ll be more than just a team member - you'll be a leader, a coach and part of creating an environment where all our educators can feel fulfilled and happy in their roles.

We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. You will collaboratively lead a small team, delivering curriculums and environments that enriches the child’s holistic self.

**ROLE**:

- The position requires a commitment of 38 hours per week, although we are open to discussing options for weekly or fortnightly rostered days off.
- You will be working with toddlers aged 2 to 3 years old
- There will be 16 children in the room each day
- 2 hours are allocated for planning each week
- We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards a Diploma
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Experience in leading a room highly regarded
