**The company**:
Our client is a prestigious insurance company based just outside the CBD. The company has a goal of profitable growth through the delivery and development of its services in Australia, in conjunction with a major car manufacturer. The company has embarked upon an expansion program that has been delivering ongoing and substantial growth in Australia. Some of your key responsibilities would include:

- Development of compliance frameworks by providing training to business units and staff
- Building and improving compliance maturity within the organization
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate with relevant regulators. ASIC, APRA, IOS, ASX, ATO
- Enhancement and management of the risk framework
- Assisting with the maintenance of a board-approved risk appetite and management of incidents and breaches
- Be involved and assist with relevant projects as they arise
- 2+ years experience within financial services or Big 4 professional consulting
- Proven experience in risk and compliance with the understanding of frameworks and appetites
- Desired experience within the insurance industry
- Experience within BCP highly regarded but not essential
