About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Support Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, Full Time basis.

As a Real Estate Sales Support Officer, you will be providing direct support and assistance to a leading sales representative. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of salesperson’s business and will support them in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

**Responsibilities**:
As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:

- Providing expert administrative support to a single sales representative allowing them to develop and foster professional relationships
- End-to-end sales administration
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation, such as advertising, appraisals and listing and sales contracts
- Accurately recording and journaling marketing expenses, deposits and commissions into the trust account
- Creating promotional and marketing materials for the sales representative to actively promote them and the Elders brand
- Liaising with sellers, buyers and external parties such as settlement agents and finance brokers
- Database management
- Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About you
