**Key Responsibilities May Include**:

- Assist participants with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support participants in managing their daily routines and household tasks.
- Facilitate and encourage social and community participation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to participants.
- Attend to healthcare needs as required.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and participant progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field.
- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and respectful approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: From $43.12 per hour

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
