Dedicated Disability Support Worker- Immediate Start (Doncaster)

We are seeking a caring and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide community and social support for a client based in Doncaster. This role involves engaging the client both at home and in the community.

About you

You are a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual with a real passion to make a difference to the lives of the people with disability. As the successful candidate you will possess the following:

  • A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirements
  • The ability to communicate and appropriately respond to the needs of people with disability
  • Passion for building strong relationships and rapport with participants
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to complete detailed and accurate documentation
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Manual handling Certificate
  • Drivers License
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Working with Children Check
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
  • Legal working rights in Australia
