At Accessco Disability Support Group ('Accessco'), we are looking for dedicated and empathetic individuals to support our clients across Melbourne. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll work independently in the community and in clients' homes, while being part of a caring and supportive team committed to delivering outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care and support with activities of daily living

  • manual handling for transfers is required (manual handling experience is required certificate is preferred)

  • Assist with meal preparation and light domestic duties
  • Facilitate transportation to medical appointments and social engagements
  • Support participation in community-based activities and the development of social connections

About You

  • Criminal History Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance (only applicable to providing transport assistance)
