**The Company**

Cool Couriers was established in 2001 to provide a temperature-controlled delivery service to businesses and homes across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. We pride ourselves on delivering the best customer service, by delivering in full, on time and within the right temperature.

An opportunity exists within our Cool Couriers NSW branch, located in Marsden Park NSW for an Administration Assistant providing assistance to our operations team.

**About the role**:
The position is Full-Time and will involve reporting to and assisting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day administration duties.

**Duties**:

- Manage requests, concerns, and enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintaining soft and hard copy records for all transport movements
- Book deliveries using our transport management system (TMS)
- Use of the Cool Couriers Transport Management System (TMS)
- Providing clients with ETA’s and updates on their delivery
- Assist senior staff with projects as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Outstanding customer service experience
- Safety focused.
- Experience within the logistics and transport industry (preferably in refrigerated transport, but not essential)
- Confident in Microsoft software
- Excellent telephone manner
- Very organised and takes initiative.
- Ability to multitask.
- Personable, confident, team player with a positive attitude

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Marsden Park, NSW 2765: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
