**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in/out) and ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely mannerIy
- Depth understanding of international payments
- Coordinating with the AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Accounting, and Sales Departments for back-office and payments related tasks
- Communicating with the Company’s payment providers
- Liaising with banks
- Support related to banking transactions
- Identifying signs of financial crime including money laundering and terrorist financing to identify high-risk transactions within the business portfolio
- The employee might take additional responsibilities from time to time according to the overall company’s workload

**Requirements**:

- Professional experience in a financial institution (e.g. banking sector or fintech) is a plus.
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in a payments department, including:

- Processing payouts and pay-ins (deposits).
- Reviewing and accepting client deposits.
- Processing client withdrawals.
- Reviewing customer documents for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.
