**The Role**
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high level executive support and coordination for our executives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage and prioritise workflows to ensure that meeting reports, minutes, correspondence, and matter for attention are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
- Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks and act as a liaison for the CEO and the Executive Leadership team.
- Assist with preparing, formatting, and distributing agenda and associated paper for board meetings
- Assisting with the organisation and coordination of in-house and offsite meetings, workshops, company events, and other office functions including catering, meet-and-greet services and amenities.
- Provide general office management support

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

- Previous administration experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in order to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the aptitude to liaise effectively and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a knack for building and maintaining strong working relationships with a diverse range of people.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Word) and the ability to pick up systems quickly.
