**Your new opportunity**

Reporting to the Mile End Shop Manager you will provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, coupled with achieving brilliant sales targets together with:

- Ensuring quality conversations to identify customer needs and offer best solutions.
- Being the first point of contact for our members and potential customers.
- Utilising procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
- Becoming multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.

**Hours**

Monday: 9.30am-3.30pm

Tuesday : 10.15am-2.30pm

Wednesday : 10.15am-2.30pm

Thursday : 10.15am-2.30pm

Friday : 10.15am-2.30pm

We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff succeed, and as such, RAA will provide a thorough and structured training program. The role will be commencing **Monday 11**th** September **which will include **4 weeks full-time training **of system and product knowledge.

**About you**

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

- A history of providing high quality customer service
- A demonstrated track record of reaching sales targets
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of computer skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in Insurance and/or the Travel industry would be an advantage
