**Your new opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Mile End Shop where you will create memorable experiences for our members. To be successful you will have a drive to succeed and the ability to provide excellent service face-to-face while multi-tasking with computer systems.

Our Retail Sales Consultants provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, coupled with achieving brilliant sales targets together with:

- Being the first point of contact for our members and potential customers.
- Ensure quality conversations to identify customer needs and offer best solutions.
- Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
- Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.

We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff succeed, and as such, RAA will provide a thorough and structured training program. The role will be commencing **Monday March 4**th** **which will include **2 weeks full-time training **of system and product knowledge.

**Hours**

Monday
- Friday 9am-5pm as well as some additional weekend shifts paid at an overtime rate.

- A demonstrated track record of reaching sales targets
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of computer skills and knowledge
