**Your new opportunity**

An exciting opportunity to join our RAA Travel team at a time of significant growth. We will provide full training for inexperienced Consultants to join our team where you will learn everything there is to know about Travel. As an integral member of our team, you will:

- Create and manage end to end travel bookings tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Provide a customer service experience that can’t be felt anywhere else.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
- Research and maintain an extensive knowledge of travel industry products, systems and processes.

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.

You’re passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

- Must be passionate about travel and done a broad range of travelling both internationally and domestically (please share where you have travelled in your cover letter).
- A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team.
