**The Opportunity**

Due to growth within our Bookkeeping team, we have a great opportunity for an experienced
**Bookkeeper** with a few years’ experience to join our team. In this role you will be providing bookkeeping and administrative services for a variety of clients. If you enjoy dealing with people from different industries and backgrounds, take pride in excelling in service delivery and enjoy various ad hoc responsibilities, you will fit in perfectly with our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for servicing assigned clients as directly by manager and communicate with clients and third parties as required
- Ensure daily deliverables are met and inform job manager of workflow issues
- Actively support team members as required
- Other adhoc duties as requested by client

**About You**
- Tertiary qualified in Bookkeeping or Accounting will be well regarded
- **Experience gained in Professional Services, looking after various clients or Private Accounting Practice, will be preferred**:

- Some Payroll experience
- Strong literacy of Microsoft Excel and Word
- **Xero accounting software experience is essential**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with a proactive disposition
- Ability to deliver maximum client satisfaction including willingness to undertake additional concierge
