**The Role**

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of portfolio plans, ensuring project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards through appropriate reporting and processes.

**The Duties**

**Accountability 1: Portfolio Analysis**
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and test cases
- Consolidate cross project information and communication to support effective decision making
- Provide planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on delivery and implementation of assigned work packages
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders using various elicitation techniques (e.g. workshops)
- Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance Portfolio efficiency and effectiveness
- Produce, test, and implement new documented procedures and processes to support project delivery
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project inventory to facilitate effective portfolio management
- Conduct financial analysis and cost-benefit assessments to support project prioritization and decision-making
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project portfolio performance
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals and strategies

**Accountability 2: Communication**
- Provide support and resolve queries throughout project and system implementation and changes
- Produce clear, documented work instructions and/or training manuals and videos for all necessary processes
- Work closely with the Portfolio Lead, project leads, technical, and financial teams to ensure compatibility and user satisfaction
- Develop stakeholder relationships and provide expert advice
- Work closely with Team Leads to gain insight to project resourcing and support needs
- Prepare and review high-quality reports, presentations and other forms of correspondence to ensure the provision of timely and professional project communications
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and modelling accountability throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, functional groups, and business units
- Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations related to project management and business analysis
- Provide training and support to project teams and stakeholders on project management and business analysis best practices and tools.
