**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a Graduate Analyst to join the Investment team, where you will have an outstanding opportunity to start a career in Investment Management, over a two-year Graduate Program.

The role will be part of a team that invests in private equity and infrastructure and will expose you to world class investment managers and direct investment activity. Exposure to other asset classes including fixed income, listed equities and property may also feature.

The Chief Investment Officer leads and manages the Investment team, who work across a multi-asset class portfolio. As the Graduate Analyst, Investment you will report to an asset class Director, and work collaboratively across the team to provide research, investment monitoring, analysis and reporting. The role also liaises with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support the objectives of the Investment team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing analysis, research, monitoring and reporting regarding the designated asset classes and the broader portfolio strategy.
- Assisting portfolio managers with reviewing and maintaining the existing investment portfolios
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of investment data to support the implementation of investments
- Preparing reports and analytics for the investment team and other stakeholders
- Conducting market research across new investment opportunities
- Contribute to the investment team by working together to maintain awareness of investment opportunities and financial market developments
- Focus on professional development by undertaking relevant industry courses to broaden and enhance existing skills

**What we are looking for**:

- A relevant tertiary Degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Accounting or Mathematics
- Strong academic and/or student work experience in professional services an advantage
- Relevant dual degree or post-graduate qualifications an advantage
- Knowledge and passion for the Investment Industry
- Ability to think conceptually and logically to solve problems
- Sound analytical and research skills
- Effective communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong desire to succeed
