We are looking for a talented **Product Support Representative** to join our product team in our branch in Perth. This role will support our mining customers in Western Australia.

**About this role**:
- As a member of our Product support team, this role supports our Mining business customers across Western Australia- Manage the engine life database- Respond to urgent customer requirements - technical and product issues- Liaise with Key stakeholders such as our customers and engineers.- Develop strong relationships with our valued customers- Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedure

**Desirable attributes for this role**:
- Excellent communication skills- Customer centric approach to business- Able to develop strong, value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Serve as a technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events- Mechanical training is desirable but not essential.

**Compensation and Benefits**

Annual Salary - commensurate with experience. Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program. Salary continuance insurance.
