Technical Support Representative

Schlam looking for a Technical Support Representative to join a motivated and productive team of professionals within the Sales Department to continue maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base. The role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to a portfolio of major clients.
**In this role, your responsibilities include**:

- Develop and maintain sound relationships with key decision makers, effectively demonstrating Schlam’s value to the clients
- Actively promote Schlam products
- Proactively contact customers to maintain strong relationships
- Conduct routine site inspections of Payload products
- Provide technical support and recommendations specific to site requirements
- Serve as a link of communication between customers & internal teams

**About you**:

- High level of motivation with the ability to work autonomously within a productive team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Previous experience within the mining industry
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Strong reporting skills, both internally and externally
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Welding knowledge (desirable)
