Home Caring - Brisbane City pride themselves on providing person centred care services to both Aged Care recipients and NDIS participants. We are seeking **_Support Workers_** that are passionate about supporting clients to achieve a greater level of independence within their homes and the wider community whilst also working holistically towards an improved quality of life.

Our compassionate **_Support Workers_** are home and community based working closely with families and the Case Manager to provide care that is centred around clients’ needs, abilities and choices. HomeCaring utilises a mobile work model which attracts travel reimbursements, access to salary packaging with a variety of shifts available across seven days and ongoing training opportunities based on individual client needs.

With no two days the same, **_Support Workers_** may be required to assist with:

- In home personal care (personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Household tasks (domestic chores, meal preparation)
- Transport to medical appointments, social engagements and activities within the community
- Medication prompting

To continue providing high quality care, Home Caring require our **_Support Workers_** to have:

- A genuine passion for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion and resilience, a sense of humour and ongoing accountability
- Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field
- Positive NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card/Blue Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Drivers License and access to reliable, insured vehicle
- The right to work in Australia
