**To be successful in the role, you will be required the following**:

- Ability to provide domestic care to the mental health client.
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of time management and organizational ability.
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
- Availability: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun with around 4 hours for each shift (day shift)
- Previous experience working as support worker for mental health people is preferred.

**Essential Requirements**
- Have experience with mental health people is preferred.
- Can communicate by English.
- Looking for energetic support workers.
- Good communication skills.
- Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain these documents.
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Base pay**

From $30.61 per hour

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $38.08 per hour
