**Job Summary**:
The Kitchen Hand plays a crucial role in supporting kitchen operations, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a smooth and efficient culinary workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Thoroughly wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, and all cooking equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness across all kitchen areas, including floors, benchtops, and appliances.
- Provide essential support to chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables.
- Efficiently manage waste disposal and recycling processes.
- Proactively support the kitchen team as needed to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in a kitchen environment.
- Experience with Vietnamese cuisine is advantageous, though not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and safely lift heavy items.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
