Lecturer (B) - Innovation and Entrepreneurship

**Level B - $111,031 - $131,335 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**

**2 x Part time (0.5FTE) teaching only fixed term contracts until 31 December 2025.**

**We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate a willingness to work with colleagues and contribute to the teaching Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Adelaide Business School.**

**To be successful you will need**:

- A PhD in innovation and/or entrepreneurship
- Demonstrated experience and competence in the conduct of lectures, workshops and tutorials in innovation and/or entrepreneurship
- Demonstrated experience and competence in innovative teaching methods and curriculum development in innovation and/or entrepreneurship
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional and collegial manner, and to build rapport with all levels of academic and professional staff within a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Willingness to contribute positively to the Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Family Enterprise Discipline at Adelaide Business School, in terms of internal citizenship as well as external engagement with the broader field of the discipline. This includes the willingness and ability to support a workplace culture based on inclusion, accountability, problem-solving orientation, and emotional intelligence.
